Inca Trail Journey
Following the Path of Amazon Priestess
Goddess Warrior Workout
The peak of our destination will be 15,000
feet of elevation. You will need to be in shape to do this journey.
You will have to be flexible yet strong and have stamina and perseverance
just like the Amazon women. To help you prepare for your quest it is
best to be in shape and fit in all 4 bodies.
1) Spiritual
Body
Build a strong connection to God/Spirit by exercising your intuition.
Spiritual Body - Ignite the Goddess Within
Step 1--Light your candle
Step 2--Set your intention to honor the Goddess within
Every day, use your Goddess or animal cards to open your third eye
and heart and trust your inner voice. You will need to know how to access
and execute your intuition in each ceremony.
2) Mental Body
Clear your mind to create focus and clarity to see and hear the voice
of Spirit.
Mental Body - Believe in Your Goddess Wisdom
Step 1--Sage yourself to cleanse and release negativity
Step 2--Set your intention for the day
Every day, for 15 minutes to a half hour, practice meditating to learn
to be still and silent. This way you can open your mind and third eye
to see, feel and experience the magic of the Spirits.
3) Emotional
Body
Practice your breathing techniques to enhance your lung capacity and
open your heart to Spirit.
Emotional Body - Embody Your Goddess Power
Hara Ha Breath—10 each
Step 1--Ha above—pulling in Universal energy
Step 2--Ha below- pulling in Mother Earth energy (Gaea)
Step 3--Ha middle- uniting both forces within
Every day, for 15 minutes to half hour and through out your day, practice
your breath work to strengthen your body, respiratory and circulatory
system to handle the altitude.
4) Physical Body
Build a foundation of suppleness and strength to withstand the challenge
of a lifetime.
Physical Body - Own your Goddess Warrior Self

“I am feminine.
I am sensual.
I am sexual.

Self

your space) with the Ha breath, then back to center, feet hip-width
