Boot Camp for Goddesses® empowers teenage girls of all physical fitness levels to embrace, embody, and own the power of their inner goddess warrior to build self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth from the inside out.

Redefining beauty, power, and fitness for today’s teenage girl, this workshop helps teens break through to new levels of fitness and health—physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

It features yoga, fitness workouts, hiking, detoxification, meditation, breathwork, aromatherapy, energetic healing, a sweatlodge ceremony, live African drumming and dancing, and discussions on girls’ health, nutrition, and healing.

During the week, we will explore:

  • Discover a new and healthy definition of being beautiful, feminine, powerful, and fit
  • Learn how to walk the talk of confidence, courage and positive attitude      
  • Acquire techniques to cope with peer pressure, dating, drugs, and media influence
  • Master the physical, safety and awareness skills needed for personal protection
  • Obtain tools to prevent and heal eating disorders, drug and alcohol addictions, depression, and poor body image
  • Connect to the Goddess sisterhood and make life long friends

It is never too early to get empowered and rejoice in the Goddess and warrior energies within each of us.

Limited enrollment; register early. Special Schedule & Extended Hours. Bring hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes; 3 and 5lb. handweights; a blanket and pillow for outside yoga, and a sarong or cotton long skirt for the sweatlodge.
